I love the agile and creative thinking mixed with business professionalism, yet a fun-loving, down-to-earth team. I’ve never been made to feel so welcome!

Given my history in the startup world, I would love to see more robotic technology enter the wider European agricultural sphere.

Oh, I wanted to be a forensic pathologist growing up! The thought of a biochemistry degree put me off.

On a serious note, I dislike people interrupting when somebody is thinking aloud and working thoughts through...it’s an important process. So I’m normally trying to manage the room to let everybody have a say.
