We specialise in bringing high quality off-patent crop protection products to market. Our goal is to give our customers better options to meet their plant protection needs. We can do this by being first to market with an off-patent alternative, or by designing innovative versions of current off-patents.

Location

Life Scientific is based at NovaUCD - the innovation hub at Ireland’s largest University (University College Dublin). Not only does this centre of excellence give us access to many technical and scientific resources not available to many of our competitors, the presence of so many other inspirational businesses and individuals has helped create a very special in-house work environment, one that continually encourages innovation and new ideas.

Quality Systems

Quality and excellence are central to everything we do. We take the time to ensure we are sourcing active ingredients of superior quality and work strictly with suppliers who we know, or who we have had recommended to us.

Our laboratories have had OECD Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) accreditation since 1996. In addition to continuous monitoring by our Quality Assurance team, our GLP system is audited every second year by INAB (www.inab.ie) the body responsible for GLP accreditation in Ireland

That’s why sustainable working practices and maintaining the environment are extremely important to us.

Already we include the use of processes, practices and materials, which avoid, reduce and control pollution wherever possible and reduce, recycle and dispose of all waste in a safe and responsible manner.
